Kingdom Hearts 10th Anniversary Box Detailed

Last week Square-Enix announced that they would be creating a 10th Anniversary box for Kingdom Hearts in Japan, however no details of its contents were given at the time.

It now has been revealed that it will contain three games for fans to enjoy: Kingdom Hearts 3D, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days and Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded. It’ll also contain a protective cover and a set of twelve post cards showing cover art from past KH games.

You can pick up the box set from Japan for ¥15,000 (£124) and if you’re feeling very tempted, and rich, you can pick up an exclusive Kingdom Hearts 3DS hardware bundle for ¥21,090 (£174)

That bundle sucks, but what else can they do? I like the postcard idea, but bundling in the DS games is just pointless. Chances are if you’re a fan who is or will buy a 3DS for KH3D, you probably had a DS to get Coded and Days (I realize there are exceptions to this). I’d rather get a bunch of random trinkets like Sora’s necklace or a replica Wayfinder than get two games I already have. I won’t be getting this, but I’ll definitely be getting the special 3DS bundle. This game is the only reason I would ever get one. I’ve thrown in my two cents. Have at it, trolls.

I agree with you except for the trinkets thing. Get me some HD remakes and let me PS3 be used for something other than collecting dust!

I would only get one if it had some replicas from the game or maybe a key chain similar to some of the key blades key chains used in previous games along with the kingdom hearts 3ds and the 3ds game….all this other stuff is pretty pointless
